"Am I really a catechetical leader?"
We hear this question a lot when we are talking about the Designed for Discipleship group coaching program. There seems to be the idea that there is an arrogance or pride in calling oneself a leader.
The thing is, no one who is not a real leader influences sustainable change. They might be an incredible servant leader who never takes credit, but they are still a leader. A catechetical leader works to learn and grow as an individual that then leads to change.
