Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will it take?
-
Each guided cohort takes place over six months, with 10-12 live sessions of 2-2.5 hours plus outside individual work. Session times will be scheduled by each group to account for maximum availability of all participants.
What format will the course be offered?
-
The course content will be available in Google Classroom and will consist of a mix of live interactive classroom teaching sessions, recorded video, online discussion, and printable resources. Additional individual and group coaching sessions to discuss local application of concepts will be offered. Between sessions we will have suggested activities to apply new concepts.
Can I move at my own pace?
-
This is not a self-paced course. Recordings will be made available for all live sessions for those who aren't able to attend or want to review concepts, but participating in person will greatly increase understanding at the end of the cohort.
Can I earn CEUs or PD credits?
-
Upon completion of the course, you will be granted a Certificate of Discipleship Driven Ministry from Euphrosyne Corner LLC. The certification will include 25 clock hours, instructor qualifications, and topics covered. Due to changes to requirements and variations between state, we cannot guarantee acceptance everywhere but we are happy to provide additional support and documentation as needed.
-
In the State of Minnesota the certificate can be submitted directly with licensure renewal to the local school district as you would any other workshop. Minnesota clearly states that culturally specific training to your school meets criteria for re licensure. As a Catholic teacher, this would (should) include delivering instruction from a Catholic perspective.
Who is teaching the course?
-
Sessions will be team taught by Timothy Indahl, PhD (Educational Psychology) and Heidi Indahl, MEd (Instructional Design).
How much does the course cost?
-
The total cost for this training is $1,000 for the entire course and all course materials. Payment is expected upfront. Options will be provided upon acceptance of a completed application. You are not considered enrolled and will not be added to the course platform until payment has been received or a payment plan has been arranged.
Do you offer a refund or guarantees of satisfaction?
-
Because seats are limited for each cohort with a minimum and maximum enrollment, we are generally unable to offer refunds. That said, we know life happens and will consider refunds or transfer to later cohorts as appropriate for situations that are out of the participant's control.
